The International Atomic Energy Agency team finally arrived at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant following delays and amidst an escalation in fighting in the territory. The Post has the latest.

An International Atomic Energy Agency team arrived at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant on Thursday to carry out an inspection, a spokesperson for the agency told The Washington Post.

The expert mission was briefly held up by Ukrainian forces on its way to the embattled plant. IAEA chief Rafael Mariano Grossi said earlier he was "determined" to reach the facility and vowed to push ahead despite the difficulties. Russia and Ukraine have accused each other of shelling the area near the power station.
