• But in the information and automation age, a rising number of our decisions are being outsourced to artificial intelligence - AI. This has serious implications in a number of areas.
• One of these implications is that the use of AI has the potential to exacerbate existing and create new inequalities, such as the gender pay gap or discrimination of customers applying for a loan.
